Simply import files one at a time or add all files from a selected folder (including sub-folders). Drag and drop files into the file list or right-click on files in Windows Explorer and send them directly to Benubird Pro.

Benubird Pro can automatically and silently import files from folders chosen by you on a timer. Specify document metadata to be added to files during the import process and set it to only add specific file types.

Benubird Pro makes it easy to export files to zip archives (password protection optional) and folders. Export the whole library, a collection or the current selection of files. You can also quickly attach files to email messages.

Apply descriptive tags to any file or group of files and then easily filter the file list based on the selected tags in the Tags Filter. Only files that have been tagged with the selected tags will be displayed.
