Debenu PDF Workshop is powered by Debenu Quick PDF Library. If the Quick PDF Library ActiveX component has not been successfully registered on the machine, then the below error message will be shown when Debenu PDF Workshop is launched.
Run-time error ’429′:
ActiveX component can’t create object
To resolve this issue the Quick PDF Library ActiveX must be manually registered on the machine. To do this open the Windows Command Line (cmd.exe) from Start > Accessories with Administrator privilages (right-click on Windows Command Line and select Run as administrator) and then enter in this line and press Enter:
32-bit machine
regsvr32 “C:\Program Files\Debenu\PDF Workshop\QuickPDFAX0813.dll”
64-bit machine
regsvr32 “C:\Program Files (x86)\Debenu\PDF Workshop\QuickPDF64AX0813.dll”
