A couple of months ago we released version 3 of Debenu PDF Tools Pro and today we’re following up that great milestone with another release packed with fantastic new features.
Debenu PDF Tools Pro 3.1 adds advanced content splitting for intelligently separating large PDF files into multiple PDF files based on page content and extensive support for quickly adding image signatures or drawing signatures on the page by hand.
Content splitting is ideal for large invoicing, reporting and payroll systems, where a single output file may contain many thousands of individual records that need to be extracted and distributed.
The signature features mean that you no longer have to print a PDF to paper and sign it and then scan it back to PDF, you can just apply a copy of your signature directly to the PDF and save loads of time and paper.

- Split by Content – Split large PDF documents into multiple parts based on text found within a page
- Image Signatures – Add an image of your signature to PDF files quickly
- Webcam Signatures – Use your Webcame to capture your signature and then add it to your PDF files
- Draw Signatures – Quickly draw your signature or your initials onto PDF files using your mouse cursor or your finger with a touch screen enabled devices
- Type Signature – Easily sign PDF files by typing your signature and choosing the font that best represents your signature style
- Favorites – Save time by creating favorites of your most frequently used Tools and access them from the Favorites panel or pin them to the Favorites menu on the toolbar

Debenu PDF Tools Pro 3.1 is available for immediate download and purchase from the Debenu website.
Upgrade
Customers who purchased version 1 or 2 of Debenu PDF Tools Pro or version 1 of Debenu PDF Maximus are eligible for a discounted upgrade to version 3.1 of Debenu PDF Tools Pro. Customers who purchased a Single User License can upgrade for $99 and users who purchased a Multiple User License can upgrade for $320. The upgrade can be purchased from here:
Customers who purchased version 2 of Debenu PDF Maximus can upgrade for free to version 3 of Debenu PDF Tools Pro. The version 2 license key for Debenu PDF Maximus will work with version 3 of Debenu PDF Tools Pro. Visit the product updates page to download the latest version.
