Support System Issues

It has come to our attention today that a number of customer support queries relating to Debenu Quick PDF Library that were sent to us over the past month have incorrectly been put into the spam folder of our case management system. We’ve resolved this issue now, but there will be a number of customers who have not received a reply from us in the past month. Please accept our sincere apologies for this.

Our team is now working on replying to everyone who was affected by this issue individually. If you urgently need a response from us please don’t hesitate to email us or email me personally at rowan.hanna@debenu.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Obviously we will make some changes to our case management to try to ensure that this sort of issue does not occur again in the future.
